Introducing the XTHP Hydraulic Hand Pump
Solid, stable pressure up to 10,000 psi / 70 MPa
The new XTHP is a powerful hand operated hydraulic pump that can quickly generate high pressure up to 10,000 psi / 70 MPa without having to lock a stroke limiting knob. It’s compatible with most fluid media and provides consistent, steady pressure - even when subjected to temperature fluctuations, shocks, impacts, and hazardous chemicals.
Features include:
Balanced Construction
With the pressurized section located below the reservoir, the XTHP manual hydraulic pump is much easier to handle than similar hand operated hydraulic pumps. It’s not top-heavy - you can even hold it and pump with one hand.
Durable Design
The XTHP is a manual hydraulic pump that’s built to last. Its stainless steel components prevent leaks that are common in cast material, and it includes a shock-resistant reservoir, Viton o-ring seals that are impervious to harmful chemicals, and sturdy metal handles that won’t wear out or break when dropped.
Stable Pressure
It's machined from solid stainless steel, preventing leaks and ensuring consistent, steady test pressure.
Quick Priming Piston
Quickly fill the system with fluid media, then easily switch back to the high pressure piston, saving time and muscle.
High Pressure Fittings
Includes Ralston Quick-test XT 10,000 psi hose and adapters for fast, safe high pressure connections without a wrench or thread tape.
High Pressure Hydraulic Hand Pump Applications:
- Pressure calibration testing on gauges, transmitters, flow computers & chart recorders
- Pressure switch testing
- Testing liquid PSVs in the field
- Field testing where power inputs are unavailable or unsuitable
An excellent choice for field work and high pressure calibration tests, the new XTHP 10,000 psi / 70 MPa Hydraulic Hand Pump is compact, easy to use, and provides consistent pressure with solid accuracy.
